An organic house blend roasted at the Loutsa workshop in Lyon (Place d'Albon), certified "Fabriqué à Lyon." The blend combines Ethiopian natural-process coffee with coffees from Colombia and Peru, at an altitude of 1400m. The Ethiopian component contributes red fruit notes (cherry and blueberry), while the Colombian and Peruvian components add sweetness and chocolatey roundness. The cup is described as juicy, velvety, and balanced, with a fruity nose, milk chocolate, almond, hazelnut, and cherry aromas, and a chocolatey finish. Suitable for espresso and filter preparation.
