From the family-owned Capim Branco farm in the Cerrado Mineiro region, Minas Gerais, Brazil, specifically located in Carmo de Paranaíba at 1,100–1,200 meters altitude. Grown by the Andrade brothers on volcanic soil and processed using anaerobic natural fermentation. The variety is Yellow Catuaí. Flavor profile features citrus, strawberry, and nougat notes with a sweet, fruity, and fermented character. Light roast with gentle body and medium acidity, recommended for filter brewing methods.
