Carlos Plazas - Decoy Barrel is a single origin coffee from Bellavista Estate in Suaza, Huila, Colombia. The Pink Bourbon variety is processed using an anaerobic fermentation with cinnamon sticks and dried on patios. Afterward, the green coffee is rested in used oak barrels that aged whiskey and stout, imparting unique flavors before roasting in Raleigh, North Carolina.
