About This Coffee

Chambakú is a Colombian espresso coffee grown at 1450–1600 meters above sea level. It features Castillo and Caturra varieties, processed using the washed method, and harvested in October 2025. The flavor profile includes milk chocolate, panela, and California walnuts, with a sweet, creamy body, a chocolate and raisin-date aftertaste, and a pleasant bright acidity. It is balanced and easy to drink.
