A rare Bourbon Pointu Laurina variety grown at Finca Hamburgo in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico, by the Edelmann family at 1,250 meters above sea level. Originally from Réunion Island, seeds were introduced to Finca Hamburgo in 2011 via Costa Rica. Processed using the honey method, this coffee offers notes of dried fruits including almond and hazelnut, with notable sweetness and low astringency. It contains up to 80% less caffeine than conventional arabica coffee.
