A micro-lot natural coffee from Guji, Ethiopia, specifically from the Uraga area near the remote village of Gogogu. Grown by small producers on garden farms of 0.1 to 0.5 hectares at 1,950–2,000 meters altitude. Varieties include endemic Heirloom cultivars alongside JARC selections 74110 and 74112. Cherries are naturally processed, dried on African beds for 15 to 21 days. Tasting notes include honey, fresh strawberry, and white tea, with additional cupping notes of red wine, prune, apricot, milk chocolate, yogurt, black tea, and floral aromatics. Rich, creamy, and vibrant in body.
