A honey-processed coffee from a 4.5-hectare farm in Cofradía de Suchitlán, Colima, Mexico, at 1,500 meters above sea level. Produced by Hugo Salazar under the Arabiga Colimoto brand, this lot features Typica and Bourbon varieties. The coffee underwent four days of lactic fermentation, followed by careful drying on African beds under direct sun and then shade mesh for approximately one month, ensuring uniform drying. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
