This coffee comes from a 4.5-hectare orchard in Cofradía de Suchitlán, Colima, Mexico, at 1,500 meters above sea level. Produced by Hugo Salazar under the Arabiga Colimoto label, it features Typica and Bourbon varieties. Harvested between February and April, the coffee undergoes a lactic fermentation lasting four days, followed by a natural drying process on African beds under direct sunlight and then shade mesh for approximately one month, ensuring uniform drying. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
