Colombia Azahar El Rosado Pink Bourbon from southern Huila (Pitalito and Acevedo) grown at 1650–1750 m. Pink Bourbon is washed with a two‑step fermentation (42 hours in cherry, 96 hours after depulping) and dried on covered patios. Bright, floral cup with mango, red papaya, honey, and white peach; light roast.
