This coffee is a Cata Pacamara from Colombia. The coffee underwent a detailed washed process: fermented in cherry for approximately five days, followed by mucilage removal, a subsequent 24-hour fermentation, and a final wash. The result is a smooth and rich cup with flavours of fudge, spiced rum and mandarin. Designed to be dual purpose – suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
