Colombia Cauca Alfonso Pillimue

This coffee is a washed, single-origin Arabica from Colombia's Cauca region, grown at 1900 meters altitude. It features the Chiroso variety, harvested in March 2024, and dried on raised beds. The roast level is moderate (Agtron #72.4), delivering a complex, deep cup with bright sweetness reminiscent of honey and yellow pear, accented by flavor notes of raisin and 60% dark chocolate.
