Sourcing prioritizes direct trade and long term producer relationships, drawing from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and El Salvador. As one of Atlantic Canada's leading specialty roasters, Hale runs SCA certified courses in barista skills, brewing, and sensory analysis, alongside regular public cuppings and education workshops.
