This coffee originates from El Escarabajo farm in the Tolima region of Colombia, situated at 1750 meters above sea level. Produced by Jamie and Juan Pablo, this Pink Bourbon variety is naturally processed. The coffee was picked in August 2025 and arrived in January 2026. El Escarabajo is a specialty coffee processing station located in the Andes Mountains, benefiting from volcanic soils, high elevations, and diverse microclimates that allow cherries to develop complex flavor compounds.
