This Gesha coffee is produced by Sebastian Ramirez at El Placer farm in the Quindio region of Colombia at 1744 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a white honey process with 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation in a 200L water tank at 18°C, followed by a shaded slow dry for 25 days. The 2024-2025 harvest features delicate flavors of coffee blossom, yuzu, passion fruit, white flowers, and vanilla.
