It features the Pink Bourbon variety, processed by dry washing which includes depulping, 24-hour dry fermentation, channel washing, and raised-bed drying for about 15 days. The coffee exhibits a clean, vibrant profile with floral acidity, delicate fruit notes like grapefruit and key lime, a sweetness anchored by white peach, and a mineral-driven finish. It is roasted to an Expressive Light level, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
