A microlot from El Samán, Acevedo (Huila), Colombia at ~1900 MASL. Papayo variety (C. arabica) processed as an anaerobic/limited-O2 natural and dried on raised beds. Medium roast with pronounced fruited sweetness, tart/malic acidity and tasting notes of blackberry, dark chocolate, umeshu, and lime.
