Colombia Yadimir Quiguanas Pérez Ombligon

This coffee is a single origin from Colombia, Huila region, harvested in late 2023 at about 1800 meters elevation. It features the Ombligon variety, believed to have Ethiopian Heirloom roots. The coffee is processed using an anaerobic natural method with 36 hours limited oxygen fermentation and dried on raised beds. The roast level is moderate with flavor notes of raspberry, dark chocolate, red wine, and blackberry compote, offering a heavily fruited and sweet profile.
