This is a decaffeinated Colombian coffee from the La Esperanza region, produced by Felipe Hoyos at altitudes between 1350 and 2500 meters. The coffee uses a sugarcane decaffeination process. It features varietals Colombia, Caturra, and Cenicafe 1. The flavor profile includes aromas of yellow fruits, molasses, citrus and malt, with flavors of stewed stone fruits and dark caramels, sweet brown sugar sweetness and a juicy citric acidity. It has a big round body and a silky mouthfeel.
