This single-origin coffee is from Las Lajas farm in Costa Rica, produced by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at 1500 meters altitude. The coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties processed using the natural method. It has a medium roast profile with flavor notes of blood orange, pineapple, and grapefruit. This coffee was the winning coffee in the Austrian Coffee in Good Spirits Championship 2022.
