This micro-lot coffee from Costa Rica is grown on the highest part of the farm called Shëri Batä, also known as Salitre Arriba, in the Brunca region. The coffee is Catuai Shëri Batä variety and is processed using a natural method, macerated for 12 hours in bags aerobically before drying. This limited micro-lot contains only 15 bags. The coffee features winey notes, exotic fruit flavors, complex and clean characteristics with medium body, sweetness, and bright acidity.
