This coffee comes from Juanachute Micromill in the high elevations of Tarrazú, Costa Rica. Made from the Villa Sarchi variety, this lot undergoes a natural anaerobic process where whole cherries are fermented in a sealed, oxygen-free environment before drying. The controlled fermentation brings depth and complexity, highlighting ripe blackberry sweetness, delicate rose florals, and a smooth dark chocolate finish. Light roast.
