About This Coffee

A decaffeinated Colombian coffee from Siruma Coffee Farms in the Rio Sucio, Caldas region, grown at 1600–2000 m.a.s.l. Made with Castillo and Colombia varieties, it is processed naturally and then decaffeinated using a sustainable sugarcane-based method by Descafecol. The coffee offers flavor notes of orange cake, cane sugar, and white tea. Produced in partnership with indigenous farming communities in Colombia.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
