This coffee is a washed Ethiopian Arabica from the Guji region, specifically from the Odo Shakiso area near the Kenyan border. It is a single origin coffee consisting of the Heirloom variety, including the named Tero variety grown in the village of Tero at 2000 meters altitude on volcanic soil. The flavor profile includes notes of blueberry, toffee, and cherry with citrus, mandarin, bergamot, and a refined vanilla sweetness. The coffee is balanced, bright, and sweet.
