About This Coffee

Don Martin H17 is a coffee from Costa Rica, Tarrazú region, grown at 2,000 meters altitude on volcanic soil. It is a hybrid variety derived from Caturra and Geisha. The coffee undergoes a unique '777 Double Fermentation' processing method combining aerobic and anaerobic fermentation. It features flavor notes of blackberry, peach, and rhubarb with a sweet, acidic, and fruity profile.
