Don Martin Mocka - Costa Rica Filter

Don Martin Mocka is a single origin coffee from Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown at 2000 meters altitude on volcanic soil. It is an Anaerobic Natural processed Arabica coffee, with flavor notes of blackberry, peach, and rhubarb. The variety is Mocka, and the drying time is approximately 14 days. It is sold in 200g whole bean bags, suitable for filter brewing.
