This coffee originates from the Intag Valley in Imbabura, Ecuador at 1,515 meters altitude. It is the Geisha varietal processed with a dual-phase Washed fermentation involving aerobic tank and mucilage fermentation followed by slow drying. The coffee features bright and delicate flavors including chamomile, nectarine, white grape, orange, yellow apple, with a juicy light body and mid-intensity acidity, roasted lightly to preserve vibrant volatile compounds.
