It is processed washed with a traditional wet fermentation and sun dried on raised beds. The flavor profile includes bergamot and anemone aroma with cola, lemon, and sugar cane flavors, complemented by medium acidity and a light, juicy body. The roast level is light, aimed at highlighting floral characteristics and refreshing acidity.
