The variety is Sidra, processed using a cold fermentation method. Flavor notes include roselle, red currant, mulled wine, and persimmon jam. Crop year 2026.

The brand emerged in 2016 under Keith Koay, a three-time Malaysian Barista Champion who brought championship-level precision to a market still finding its footing in specialty coffee. In 2023, he made the move to open a the roastery with a Loring roasting machine at the heart, deliberately chosen for its ability to preserve and amplify the bright, vibrant acidity that defines their sourcing philosophy.
