Ecuador La Soledad Sidra is a single-origin coffee from Finca Soledad in the Intag Valley, Ecuador, grown at ~1600 MASL. The cultivar is Sidra (a Bourbon/Typica hybrid), processed dry-washed and raised-bed dried. Light roasted, it shows bright, balanced cup characteristics with cherry, lime, chamomile, and baker’s chocolate notes and delicate florals.
