It is 100% Typica variety, processed by a dry washed method and dried on raised beds. This coffee features bright and balanced qualities with delicate floral notes and sweetness, roasted to a light, expressive level for a silky, tea-like mouthfeel with flavors of white honey, melon, toasted almond, and plum.
