This coffee is a Natural Gesha from Colombia, produced by Edinson Argote at Quebraditas farm in Huila region at 1700 meters altitude. The coffee undergoes a specialized natural process with rehydrated yeast inoculation, involving 72 hours of oxidation, re-hydration with hot water, and 120 hours of fermentation at temperatures below 25°C with specific yeast strains. The cup profile features peach, passionfruit, and pineapple notes, described as funky and bright. Multiple grind options are available including whole bean, espresso, and various filter brewing methods.
