Coffee from the Limoncillo farm, Matagalpa, Nicaragua (1,100 m). Red Catuai variety, washed and dried for several days. Slightly darker roast developed for fully automatic espresso machines, producing a full, intense cup with tasting notes of cocoa, melon and sugarcane, a rounded mouthfeel and clean sweetness.
