This coffee is a natural processed Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda's Jaramillo farm, harvested from the Noria lot on January 10th, 2025. After harvest, the cherries were slow dried for 20 days on raised beds at Hacienda La Esmeralda's mill in Palmira. Grown at altitudes above 1,662 meters in the Jaramillo region of Panama, this filter roast achieved an SCA score of +90. Tasting notes include jasmine, tangerine, strawberry, and honey.
