This coffee originates from the Gedeb region in Ethiopia at 2140 meters elevation. It consists of JARC selections and Indigenous Landraces varietals, processed using the washed method. The flavor profile features golden kiwi, lemongrass, and orange blossom notes, complemented by a tea-like body and bright, juicy acidity. It is roasted to a light level.
