Spring Bloom is a single origin filter coffee from Honduras, sourced from the Finca Cerro Azul farm operated by the Mierisch family. It features the Yellow Pacamara variety grown at 1,650 meters altitude. This washed-processed coffee exhibits flavor notes of white chocolate, melon, and orange blossom, with a sweet and balanced acidity.
