Ethiopia Guji Shakiso is a whole-bean Arabica (Heirloom) from the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2100 m. The cherries are washed at the Adola washing station in Bore, owned by Zelal Aldo. Medium roast with tasting notes of cane sugar, chocolate and jasmine. SCA score: 81.
