Manta Ray Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This single origin coffee from Ethiopia comes from the Uraga washing station in the Guji region. Grown at 2250-2300 meters elevation, it is processed using the washed method where cherries are depulped the same day, fermented for 8-12 hours, washed to remove mucilage, and dried on raised beds for 5-15 days. The coffee is comprised of mixed heirloom Ethiopian varietals, creating variation in bean size and shape. Harvested from November to January, it features floral notes of jasmine, white nectarine, and nashi pear with a silky body.
