Ethiopia Guji Shakiso is a natural-processed Arabica from the Shakiso area of Guji, Ethiopia. Heirloom varieties are hand-selected and dried on African beds for 12–20 days, producing a clean, fruit-forward cup. Tasting notes include strawberry jam, papaya and grape. Grown up to 2300 m above sea level and offered as a light roast.
