Broadsheet Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Gedeb region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1900-2210 meters. It includes JARC selections and Indigenous Landraces varieties, processed washed by fermentation in water baths for 24-48 hours and sun-dried on raised beds. The light roast reveals flavor notes of basil, melon, and green tea, with a delicate body and subtle complexity.
