Ethiopia Ky Kebero – Fully Washed

Bella's Coffee Lab

About This Coffee

Ethiopia Ky Kebero is a fully washed Arabica coffee from Sidamo, southern Ethiopia, grown at 1900–2100 meters altitude on fertile, rain-fed soil. It consists of native heirloom varieties and is named in honor of the Ethiopian wolf, one of the world's most endangered predators. Ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked, fermented for 36–48 hours, washed, and dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days. Each lot is manually sorted before export. Flavor notes include peach, lemon, green tea, caramel, citrus acidity, stone fruit sweetness, subtle chocolate, and floral/herbal notes such as lavender, jasmine, and bergamot.
