A natural-processed Ethiopian coffee from the Silinga Drying Station in Wale, Bensa, Sidama, grown at 1800–1900m. Varieties include 74110 and local heirloom selections. Expect a rich, dark roast with soft blueberry and blackberry notes, black tea and concentrated grape sweetness, and a lingering raw honey finish supported by a robust body. Finished as a Dark roast suitable for both filter and espresso preparations.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
