Faros Espresso is a blend combining three single plantation coffees from Rwanda, Brazil, and Ethiopia. The Ethiopian component comes from Sidamo region in South Ethiopia, known for winey and bright characteristics. The Rwanda Kinini coffee is from the Rulindo region, processed at the Kinini washing station by over 660 neighboring farmers with microlot traceability. The Brazil Mantiquiera De Minas is Fairtrade certified, grown by multiple smallholders with a minimum SCA Cup score of 83. The blend features Yellow Catuai, Bourbon, and Heirloom varieties grown at altitudes of 1300-1800 meters. It is processed using both washed and natural methods, offering flavor notes of strawberry, walnut, and elderflower. This complex, smooth, and crisp espresso won a 3 Star Great Taste Award in 2021.

Adams & Russell has been roasting coffee in Birkenhead, near Liverpool, since 1978. They use small batch flame roasting methods, hand roasting specialty grade Arabica from origins spanning nearly every coffee growing country. Their Peninsula Blend earned two Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards. The company is both a registered Fairtrade Foundation Operator and a roaster of Rainforest Alliance certified coffees. In 2016 they opened a Coffee School with a dedicated espresso room for SCA certified barista training. They also supply wholesale clients with equipment from La Marzocco and Mahlkönig alongside their beans.
