Fazenda Barreiro is a single-origin coffee from the southern region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, produced by Francisco Otávio Lotufo. The farm, founded in 1820, sits at approximately 1150–1200m altitude in the São Domingos Mountain Range near Poços de Caldas. This is a single-variety Yellow Bourbon lot, naturally processed by drying on patios for 5–7 days before finishing in mechanical driers. Roasted as an espresso profile with a long, gentle roast, it offers tasting notes of milk chocolate, almond, and cherry.
Named after the ancient Roman name for Lisbon, Olisipo Coffee Roasters was founded by Antony Watson and Sofia Gonçalves with a mission to honor their city's history of exploration. They see themselves as modern-day navigators, exploring the world to source unique and high-quality beans from small, independent producers. Their roasting style is dedicated to showcasing the stories and distinct flavors of these origins.
