This organic coffee is from Peru, specifically from the Cajamarca region. It is produced by Merly Leon on her 2.5-hectare farm called El Churaz, located at 2250 meters above sea level. The coffee is Bourbon variety and features flavor notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and yuzu. The farm benefits from abundant sunshine and cool nighttime temperatures. Merly Leon works with the cooperative Aroma del Valle and has successfully produced micro-lots gaining international recognition. The coffee is imported by Nordic Approach.
