This coffee originates from the Flor del Rosario farm in San Cristóbal Verapaz, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, at an altitude of 1600m. It is made from Bourbon and Caturra varieties, processed using the Washed method. The flavor profile features notes of green pear, melon, orange blossom, almond, praline, and a sweet maple syrup acidity with an earthy body. The coffee is roasted specifically for espresso brewing.
