About This Coffee

This is a signature espresso blend combining a red bourbon lot from Luis José Valdez in Caldas, Colombia with a Brazilian lot from Nova Resende in Minas Gerais. The blend uses both washed and pulped natural processing methods. It features butterscotch and cocoa notes with a balance between sweet acidity and cocoa bitters. It is medium roasted with balance and sweetness as primary characteristics.
