Ethiopia Chelbesa is a single-origin Arabica from the METAD cooperative, grown at ~2000 MASL. The lot is a landrace variety, washed and raised-bed dried, offering bright notes of apricot and honeysuckle with floral Earl Grey character and underlying cocoa. Roasted to a medium, expressive profile.
