This light roast espresso blend features beans from Ethiopia's Guji Highlands, Guatemala's Hoja Blanca region, and Brazil's Cerrado. The blend showcases natural processing from Ethiopian highlands, traditional wet-hulled Guatemalan methods, and washed Brazilian techniques. Beans are cultivated between 1,000-2,200 meters above sea level. The coffee offers bright fruit aromatics, rich chocolate undertones, and a nutty hazelnut finish. Suitable for pour-over espresso, cold brew, and specialty brewing methods.

Founded by Colin Creed, an award winning amateur winemaker who spent over 40 years in the coffee industry before pursuing his roasting dreams, Creed Roasted Coffee is a true artisan operation based in British Columbia. After retiring from the vending machine business and training at the Vancouver Coffee Academy, Colin brings a winemaker's palate and attention to detail to every batch. Roasting is done entirely by hand on an American made San Franciscan barrel roaster, with a maximum of five pounds per load to ensure precision and consistency. This meticulous small batch approach, combined with Colin's decades of sensory experience, produces coffees that loyal subscribers describe as some of the best they have ever brewed at home.
