This Fair Trade and Organic coffee comes from CODECH, a cooperative of smallholder Indigenous farmers in Concepción Huista, Huehuetenango region at 2200 meters altitude. The coffee features Bourbon, Catimor, and Caturra varieties processed using the washed method. CODECH has been investing in sustainable farming and community development since 1998, with a focus on organic production, farmer training, and women's leadership. The cup profile includes butterscotch, chocolate raisin, nougat, and sticky bun notes, delivering a sweet, comforting Huehuetenango profile with classic structure and excellent balance.
