A single-origin Guatemalan coffee from Finca El Cedral (Fernando Diaz) in San Martín Jilotepeque, Chimaltenango, grown at 1900 m. The Cimarrona variety is fully washed and roasted to a Medium Light level. Cup notes highlight juicy apple acidity, Darjeeling-like aromatics, fragrant hazelnut and a lingering brown sugar sweetness.
